Your Phone System has the capability to send calls to a destination such as one or more mobile phones. This can be done temporarily for a specific time period or on a recurring basis. We create a schedule according to your specific needs so that you never miss an important call.

Join a
Remote Support Session
on your computer
You will be provided with the Session ID over the phone or via Email by your Support Tech.
Please enter the
Session ID
then press the
CONNECT button
to start the session
Enter the 9-digit code provided and hit
the JOIN SESSION button
On the next screen, select the Download
button allowing the App to begin downloading in your browser.
For you security, the application will be removed from your computer automatically when the Technician is finished
Click "Open File" or double-click the .exe Installer.
When the app is installed a dialog appears asking you to confirm the session. Only then will the Technician be
able to view your screen.
