The NetOfficePBX OrderMaster bundle intelligently manages calls so that your order-taker is never overwhelmed while reducing caller wait-times. Multiple calls can be accepted by OrderMaster ensuring that customers never hear the busy signal when they call your restaurant.

Improve call handling

While taking an order when another call comes in, the order-taker will hear the familiar Call-Waiting beep. Depending on the process of your restaurant, they will either switch to the 2nd call to ask that customer to hold or they will ignore the Call-Waiting beep and attempt to complete taking the current order. 


Either option is inconvenient to the customer. 

Don't forget, while these two calls are in progress a third customer's call may be going to busy.


When activated, OrderMaster monitors whether the restaurant phone is occupied, if a 2nd call is received the order-taker will hear the Call-Waiting beep. The caller will hear one more ring, then a message will be played to them.

The message tells them that the order-taker is wrapping up a previous order and will be with them in a moment. The message then continues, informing the customer that they can "press 1" to receive an automated callback the moment the order-taker has ended the previous call. The callback can go to the number they called in with, or one of their choice. 


The message that is played to the customer waiting to place an order accomplishes three things: 

  1. It empowers the caller; instead of waiting or hanging up to (maybe) try again they can receive a convenient callback without waiting on the line
  2. Callers who choose to be called back are less likely to search for an alternative restaurant even if that wait is 2 or 3 minutes long
  3. Those who choose to wait on the line for the order-taker will hear pleasant music interspersed with a message about your restaurant, of your choice. Studies done by AT&T show that people on hold are more likely to remain on the line if they hear a message or a voice at intervals of 18 to 30 seconds

2. The kit contains everything you need to get started, the device, power supply & a network cable to connect to your internet modem 



Replace the analog phone-line with the OrderMaster 

3. Installation is quick and easy! 

Connect the OrderMaster™ to your internet modem with the network cable. 

Next, connect the phone cable from your phone into the phone port on the device. 

Finally, connect the power supply to the device and plug it into a wall outlet.

Wait about 2 or 3 minutes for the device to connect to our servers, then when you hear dial-tone call 5150 from the connected phone.

You should hear the welcome message which means that the device is ready to accept calls.
