NetOfficePBX.com is based in sunny South Florida and out grew its parent company IT Ingenuity (www.ing-it.com) to become bigger than the original company (must be all that sunshine!). We began setting up Phone Systems as an additional service of our Information Technology business in 2009 and gradually it became our main product.
In the beginning, all our installations were setup onsite at our customers, but as Broadband Internet began to replace the DSL or T1 service that was typical for Small Business in South Florida, it became feasible to add Cloud Hosted PBX Phone Systems to our offerings.
Along the way we have setup systems for Doctor's offices, Attorneys, Auto Service Centers, Insurance Agencies, Designers and Architects, Veterinary Clinics, Engineers, Restaurants, Travel Agencies, Multi-Nationals with offices outside the US and a Surf Shop (although, calling them just a Surf Shop would be like calling Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory just a Candy Store!).
We strongly believe in providing a quality service without a contract....sounds like a crazy way to grow? Why would anyone do that....?
Well, for a start, it's better for you because you can modify your services with just a phone call or an email without the headache and wrangling that you might have to endure with other providers...and yes, No Contracts definitely keeps us on our toes!
You should only commit to a technology for the shortest time possible because....change happens! It's a safe bet that the smartphone beside you is not going to be the same one you have in two years....so why would anyone sign a 3-year contract for phone service?
